Our Services

  • Reception at the Auckland Airport
  • Organisation of the two-day orientation programme on arrival that includes an overnight stay at a quality hotel, breakfast and lunch, entrance to the Auckland Museum and a Maori Performance; city tour around Auckland and meetings with the STB Pacific team  (Click here for sample and details of the orientation programme)
  • Supervision, monitoring and orientation during the student’s whole time in New Zealand;
  • Experienced multlingual coordinators (Portuguese, Spanish, German and English) with in-depth knowledge of Brazil, New Zealand and other cultures and who know the students individually. They can be reached by local land line, 0800 (free call), mobile and email to clarify doubts, discuss issues or just to exchange ideas.
  • Visit to the student in his homestay family and to the school every six months.
  • Organisation of meetings among STB students in the same regions and tips on how to best take advantage of their exchange programme.
  • Regular contact with each homestay family and school to follow up on the student’s progress and to assist with issues that may arise.
  • Promotion of amazing trips during the holiday periods offering opportunities for the student to experience other New Zealand regions as well as neighbouring countries like Australia and Fiji.
  • Regular reports to the students’ parents in Brazil informing them on how they are adapting and progressing. Direct contact with the parents in the case of emergencies.
  • Assistance at the airport with the students' departure back to their countries.
